cormacI've found an apartment! I go in for paperwork tomorrow, with the down payment in hand, and the unit will be available for move-in on Saturday.

1 Bath (separate from bedroom, glassed-in tub/shower with privacy window)
640 square feet
Electric kitchen (range and oven. Fridge space, but no fridge. I'll have to find a Best Buy)
Water and garbage utilities paid in rent
3rd floor apartment (window faces ocean, giving ocean breeze. Good thing, as there is no AC)
