Callidior Quam Ursus Typicus

I always felt silly paying my 17 cent long-distance bills by check (they wouldn't accept cash or credit.) I, like most of the students in the dorms, have a cell phone that I use for long-distance calls. The dorms really didn't need long-distance service. But to be denied local service as well is outrageous.
