A week ago last Sunday, the Washington Post did a full spread on the SCA, and it wasn't negative, unlike other recent publicity on the Society. No, this was completely positive, very informative, and a breath of fresh air not only in coverage of the SCA, but of news in general. And yet, I've only seen it come across the SCA herald's list.
If you can, get a hard copy. Until then, enjoy the online edition:
Main article. Pull quote from Her Majesty of Atlantia: "And now, the bloodshed."
Map of the baronies and shires of the Washington area. I'm particularly fond of this, and if the Post's graphics guy isn't in the SCA, he should be.
"More Sources for a Medieval Fix" For equal coverage.
