Househunting
You know what would be awesome? If people who tried to sell me a house were realtors, and not wastes of human flesh with a computer and access to multiple listing sites.
Oh, and it would be nice if, prior to showing me the house, they'd actually set foot inside of it beforehand.
Oh, and if they implied that the showing was to be both a private showing and an intial meetup and discussion on what I'm looking for in a house, that they'd not host a cattle-call that takes up all available parking space, then shrug their shoulders as if it weren't their fault that 16 cars showed up at this bank-owned property at 7:30 PM on the dot.
Does anyone know any solid, reliable realtors in the San Gabriel Valley area?

You know, I am SERIOUSLY thinking of getting my Realtor license. It sounds to me like most realtors are idiots and there are tons of people that need help from someone like me that is good.
